Oolong
This semi-fermented tea is a variety between that of green and black tea and ranges from the lighter green oolong (with a fermentation degree of 10–29%), either roasted or unroasted, to the darker, strongly roasted and fermented oolong (up to 70%). Sourced directly from the best regions in Taiwan, China and Japan and tested in a German laboratory.

GABA Oolong
Oolongs rich in GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) are highly interesting from a gustatory point of view. The amino acid lends a creamy nuance to this oolong, harmonising perfectly with its nutty roasted notes. We offer high-quality GABA oolong grown naturally without plant protection products in the best terroirs.

Milk Oolong
Grown in the Luye region of Taiwan, these Milk Oolongs (金萱烏龍) made with the celebrated Jin Xuan (金萱) cultivar truly live up to their name with their exceptional creaminess. Available in a lightly roasted "Pure" version with a gentle, vanilla character as well as a heavily roasted "Rich" with delectable notes of caramel and marzipan.
Oriental Beauty
Oriental Beauty is undoubtedly one of the most sought-after oolongs in the world due to the tea’s very unusual production – a process which contributes to its deliciously sweet taste: every year, the leaves of the tea are bitten by a local species of grasshopper, whereupon the tea develops its characteristic peachy and fruity aromas. We source this rare tea from an award-winning farm in Hsinchu, Taiwan, where the tea was first produced.
Red Oolong
Red oolong is a special variety which undergoes a comparatively higher oxidation and develops very sweet aromas similar to high-quality black tea. Our Taiwanese red oolong in particular, made with the aromatic cultivar Ying Xiang, offers the fine roasted notes typical of Taiwanese oolong as well as a rich honey sweetness and notes of apricot.
Yan Cha - Rock Tea
The mountainous terroir of the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian, as well as the teas' minerality, has given rise to the name Rock Tea or Wuyi Yan Cha (武夷岩茶) for oolongs from the region. With the famous Da Hong Pao (大紅袍), Shui Xian (水仙), Rou Gui (肉桂), Qi Lan (奇蘭) and a unique wild Ye Sheng (野生), we offer a definitive selection of the best Wuyi rock teas.
Tieguanyin
One of the most prestigious Oolong teas, named after the Buddha of Mercy, from the Chinese province of Fujian. We carry two grandiose Tie Guan Yin to get started and get to know the typical floral notes or roasted aromas depending on the degree of roasting of the tea - Qing Xiang (light roast) and Nong Xiang (strong roast). We also offer a selection of four Tie Guan Yins directly from Anxi in Fujian - the region of origin of this variety. These come exclusively from the popular and sought-after autumn harvest, which is valued as the highest of all harvests for Tie Guan Yin.
Phoenix Dancong Oolong
Oolongs from the famous Mount Phoenix in Guangdong, China offer a unique combination of exotic aromas and fine roasted notes. The Mi Lan Xiang 蜜蘭香 cultivar has an impressive mineral sweetness and floral orchid aftertaste. Ya Shi Xiang 鴨屎香, on the other hand, has a delicate, tart body paired with intense fruity notes of mango. Cultivated naturally without the use of plant protection products. Laboratory tested.
Benifuuki Oolong
A particularly floral and mild, alkaline Benifuuki oolong from subtropical Tokunoshima. Sweet as perfume, it flatters the palate and shows the diversity of the Benifuuki cultivar.
