Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Rights for Customers

(The customer is any natural person who completes a legal transaction which is predominantly not attributable to their commercial or professional activity.)

The customer is entitled to exercise their right to cancel this contract within a period of 14 days without being required to provide any justification for their decision.

The cancellation period consists of 14 days from the day:

- on which the customer or the customer's representative (who is not the delivery service provider) receives the goods so long as the goods were ordered in the context of a standard order and delivered according to standard procedure
- on which the customer or the customer's representative (who is not the delivery service provider) received the first goods in the context of an order made for the regular delivery of goods over a determined period of time.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this text, although this is not mandatory.

The statement regarding the right to cancellation is considered to be within the period of cancellation if the customer sends the statement before the expiration of the cancellation period.

A confirmation of receipt will promptly follow any cancellation notification.

Cancellation Process

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, subject to the conditions set out below, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, provided the delivered goods correspond to those ordered.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts:

- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods that on account of their properties are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
- for the delivery of audio or visual recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
