Fine Chinese Xincha 新茶 (Chinese for “fresh tea”) from this year’s first green tea harvest in March/April. These Imperial Grade varieties are among the finest in their class, offering exceptional flavour and a wonderfully fresh, grassy character. Enshi Yulu
China’s only steamed green tea. Enshi teas contain the highest selenium content of all teas and are particularly flavoursome, mineral, and alkaline in character.
