Order Status

As a registered customer, you can view the real-time status of your orders at any time in your customer account under "Order Status". If your order has already been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will also find the tracking information there.

Cancellations and returns can also be made directly in the "Order Status" section within the withdrawal period.

If you placed your order as a guest, you can view the order status and cancel your order on the following page. To do this, please enter your order number, your last name, and the email address you.
