Organic mountain tea (Sideritis scardica), naturally grown at altitudes above 1,800 metres in the Rhodope Mountains, freely growing above Trigrad, Bulgaria – the renowned “Village of Centenarians”. The golden flowering tops are harvested by hand using sickles and then gently air-dried. Sourced directly from a regional, traditional mountain tea farm. Highest quality grade, with a full-bodied, naturally sweet flavour. 50g
