Oolong Tea
This semi-fermented tea is a variety between that of green and black tea, ranging from the lighter green Oolong (with a fermentation degree of 10–29%), either roasted or unroasted, to the darker, strongly roasted and fermented Oolong (up to 70%). Sourced directly from the finest growing regions in Taiwan, China and Japan and tested in a German laboratory.

Bao Zhong Oolong Tea
Bao Zhong, also known as Pouchong, is a particularly mild, only slightly oxidised tea. The very light oxidation gives it a taste similar to Chinese green teas, though its delicate sweetness is additionally accompanied by very floral notes of lily, hyacinth and lily of the valley. We offer a particularly high-quality Bao Zhong produced by an award-winning farm without the use of pesticides in Pinglin, Taiwan, an area famous for its large nature reserves and the beautiful Dashe Lake.
Red Oolong Tea
So-called “red” Oolong refers to a distinctive style that undergoes a more intensive oxidation, resulting in particularly sweet notes reminiscent of a high-quality black tea. Our Taiwan Red Oolong, crafted from the aromatic Ying Xiang cultivar, combines the delicate roasted notes typical of Taiwanese Oolongs with a rich honeyed sweetness and hints of apricot.
Yan Cha - Oolong Rock Tea
The mineral-rich flavour nuances, the ebony-dark twisted tea leaves, and the distinctive rocky terroir of the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian have earned these Oolongs the name “rock tea” or “Wuyi Yancha” (武夷岩茶). With the famous Da Hong Pao (大紅袍), Shui Xian (水仙), Rou Gui (肉桂), Qi Lan (奇蘭), as well as a unique, wild-growing Ye Sheng (野生), we offer a selection of the most outstanding Wuyi rock teas.
Phoenix Mtn. Oolong Tea
Oolongs from the famous Phoenix Mountain in Guangdong, China, offer a truly unique combination of exotic aromas, a refined roasted note, and a perfectly balanced, elegant bitterness on the finish. The Mi Lan Xiang 蜜蘭香 cultivar delights with mineral sweetness and a floral orchid aftertaste, while Ya Shi Xiang 鴨屎香 delivers a finely herbaceous body with notes of ripe mango. Ta Ku Hou 塌堀後 and Xing Ren Xiang 杏仁香 (“almond fragrance”) represent the highest Imperial Grade, produced from a single annual harvest. All teas come from natural cultivation without chemical pesticides and are independently laboratory-tested.

Zhangping Shui Xian
An oolong speciality with a highly floral orchid bouquet and a very refreshing taste, marked by sweetness and creaminess. What makes this tea special is its production method: after roasting, it is hand-pressed into small tea packets. This is part of a long-standing tradition that has even been recognised as an ancient Chinese cultural heritage. The farm in Zhangping cultivates the tea entirely naturally, without the use of any chemical pesticides.
Japanese Oolong Tea
Japanese Oolongs are a true rarity and exceptionally hard to come by. Only a handful of tea farmers in Japan devote themselves to this style – a style native to China and Taiwan, where it enjoys far greater popularity. Ours is grown in the Usambara Mountains, the country’s premier tea-growing region, on a small mountain farm situated at over 1,000 metres above sea level. The farm cultivates its tea without the use of chemical pesticides, is socially committed, women-led, and has already won multiple awards for the excellence of its teas.
