Oolong from China
Yan Cha - Rock Tea
The mineral-rich flavour nuances, the ebony-dark twisted tea leaves, and the distinctive rocky terroir of the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian have earned these Oolongs the name “rock tea” or “Wuyi Yancha” (武夷岩茶). With the famous Da Hong Pao (大紅袍), Shui Xian (水仙), Rou Gui (肉桂), Qi Lan (奇蘭), as well as a unique, wild-growing Ye Sheng (野生), we offer a selection of the most outstanding Wuyi rock teas.
Tieguanyin
Named after the Buddha of Compassion, Guan Yin 觀音, this is regarded as one of China’s most important teas, highly prized for its intensely floral fragrance and layered, complex flavour. We offer authentic Anxi Tie Guan Yin from Fujian, sourced from a renowned, multi-award-winning estate. Choose between the traditional roasted “Rich” (Chuan Tong 傳統) style or the naturally unroasted and delicately floral “Pure” (Qing Xiang 清香).

Phoenix Mtn. Oolong Tea
Oolongs from the famous Phoenix Mountain in Guangdong, China. Shi Yan 石岩, a Dancong related to Rock Oolong, offers pronounced minerality; while Hong Di 红蒂, lightly roasted, is reminiscent of a green tea. Alongside these are the classics: Mi Lan Xiang 蜜蘭香, with its mineral sweetness and a floral orchid finish; and Ya Shi Xiang 鴨屎香, with its delicately tart body and notes of ripe mango. Ta Ku Hou 塌堀後 and Xing Ren Xiang 杏仁香 (“almond fragrance”) represent the very highest Imperial Grade, produced from a single harvest each year.
