The Bai Mao cultivar is renowned for its high catechin content and offers delightful notes of peach. The Naibai No. 2 cultivar used for White Crane Wave, on the other hand, is one of the rare white-leaf cultivars of its kind and offers an enchanting, delicate sesame sweetness.
