Kabusecha
This semi-shaded green tea from Japan combines the umami and sweetness of gyokuro with the bitterness and complexity of sencha. We carry a premium entry-level tea from Miyazaki, sweet and fruity with full umami as well as a rare Ureshino Tamaryokucha with a particularly expressive body and delicate bitterness.

Karigane Kukicha
This green tea is made predominantly from the stems of sencha and gyokuro and is therefore very mild and low in caffeine, with lots of umami/amino acids and a light sweetness
