Organic Koba Sannenbancha
An extremely rare organic Koba-Sannenbancha, grown on the bush for three full years, from the award-winning and exceptional tea farmer Miyazaki Sabō. Also highly valued as an alkalising functional tea, it is produced from the winter harvest in December and harvested entirely by hand. It offers a wonderfully elegant character with subtle notes of plum and raisin, and is remarkably smooth and soothing. A true rarity. 100g

A highly aromatic, organic Sannenbancha from the exceptional Japanese tea farmer and long-standing organic pioneer Miyazaki Sabō in Gokase. Our finest and most complex Sannenbancha in terms of flavour, it offers a pronounced sweetness, refined roasted notes and remarkable elegance. Crafted from autumn-harvested leaves, matured for a full three years and gently roasted over the finest cedar wood. 100g

We go to great lengths to identify the finest organic tea farms across the world’s most celebrated terroirs. All our teas are sourced directly from the farmer and, with a few exceptions, are certified organic or come from pesticide-free farms. Each batch of tea for every harvest is tested for pesticides and other pollutants in an independent German lab to ensure they meet our strict quality standards as well as HACCP food safety requirements.
