Ponzu is a zesty citrus-seasoned soy sauce that can be used as a dipping sauce, salad dressing, marinade and more. This extra special Yamaroku Ponzu – as popularised by the Netflix series "Salt Fat Acid Heat" – is made with their signature soy sauce and flavoured with Yuzu and Sudachi fruits.
