YUZU BLENDS
The yuzu fruit, with its refreshing citrus notes, is rich in flavonoids, anthocyanins and tannins, and has played an important role in Japanese culture for centuries. We have blended some of our most popular green teas with high-quality, organic Japanese yuzu pieces to create five aromatic teas which are perfect for summer. We are particularly proud of the Yuzu Benifuuki, which has a strong bitterness and unique catechin richness, which are balanced out by the fruity notes of the yuzu.

The tradition of adding sakura blossom and leaves (桜の葉) to green tea is centuries old, and is particularly popular during the Japanese Cherry Blossom Festival (Hanami; 花見).
