Gyokuro
The esteemed green tea with full shading, sourced directly from award-winning farms in the top regions of Uji/Ujitawara, Hoshino Yame, Okabe and Shibushi. Rich in amino acids and chlorophyll, the tea has a beautiful sweetness and strong umami. Tested for radioactivity in a German lab.
Karigane Gyokuro
The mild, umami-rich stem tea also known in Japan as the "tea of tea farmers". We offer an excellent organic karigane gyokuro with a high leaf content produced by the skilled Sakamoto brothers from Shibushi as well as a tangy yuzu fruit blend. A true speciality is our Gyokuro Tencha Usuore from the No. 1 organic matcha farmer in Uji - crafted from the umami-rich leaf veins and stems that are separated from the true tencha during matcha production. The result is a unique umami flavour, bridging the gap between fine Gyokuro, Matcha and Karigane.

Notably, the yuzu plant contains a number of polyphenols, including catechins, which increase the overall content of these valuable compounds to levels higher than those of green tea alone.
