GABA Tea
GABA (γ-aminobutyric acid) is an important non-proteinogenic endogenous amino acid. GABA teas, appreciated by connoisseurs for their smooth, buttery taste, are naturally enriched with GABA through unique oxygen-free storage during production. We source these special teas directly from selected top farmers from either pesticide-free or certified organic farms. Since the GABA content can fluctuate with each batch, we test every delivery for GABA content and pollutants in our German laboratory and report accordingly.

Karigane Kukicha
This green tea is made predominantly from the stems of sencha and gyokuro and is therefore very mild and low in caffeine, with lots of umami/amino acids and a light sweetness

Benifuuki
An intense, elegantly bitter hybrid of Assamica and Sinensis, with the highest content of total catechins and rare methylated catechins. Available as loose tea, tea bags, or powder for concentrated consumption.
