Chinese yellow tea is a highly rare variety known for its unique production method in which the still-warm leaves are gently fermented for a short time after roasting. Our selection includes fine yellow teas from an award-winning, family-run tea farm now in its third generation, located in the majestic Huo Shan mountains. We also offer a more heavily fermented organic yellow tea from the mountains near Pu’er, and an outstanding, delicately vanilla-toned yellow tea from Hunan.
