Butterfly Pea tea of the highest quality, known for its deep azure blue colour. From idyllic fields deep in the Chinese province of Guangxi, grown entirely without pesticides on a certified organic farm in China. Particularly fine flavours of cooked edamame and fried sweet potatoes, rich in antioxidants (anthocyanins).

A Chinese herbal tea classic from Sichuan, where it is often enjoyed as a refreshing summer drink. The leaves and buds are hand-picked from wild-growing trees that thrive under the best conditions in the pristine highlands of the Himalayas. Further processing is carried out by local families who have been working with this tea for several generations.

The flower buds of the tea plant (Camellia sinensis) are known for their abundance of beneficial compounds, including functional saponins, polysaccharides, and catechins. Even in China, the extremely rare "Wild Golden Flower" (Jinhua; Camellia sect. chrysantha) is incredibly difficult to find. This remarkable species, with its vibrant yellow buds, grows only in a small region of Southeast Asia. It has a unique profile of rare polyphenols, including ellagitannin, proanthocyanidin, as well as kaempferol and quercetin derivatives.
