Bai Mao Cha

A high-catechin green tea rarity based on the rare cultivar Camellia Sinensis var. pubilima, known in China as Bai Mao (白毛). Peak amounts of total catechins (C), epicatechins (EC), and epicatechin gallate (EGC), along with notably high levels of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) compared to Japanese high-catechin teas. Mild and aromatic, with a rich vegetal-chlorophyll note and intriguing hints of dried apricot.

Liu An Gua Pian Green Tea

This flagship tea of China’s Anhui province is counted among the “Top Ten Famous Teas of China”. Its name Liu An Gua Pian (六安瓜片) translates to "Melon Seed", referring to the tea’s distinctively shaped leaves and their dark colour when brewed.
