Anji Bai Cha

Bai Mao Cha
A high-catechin green tea rarity based on the rare cultivar Camellia Sinensis var. pubilima, known in China as Bai Mao (白毛). Peak amounts of total catechins (C), epicatechins (EC), and epicatechin gallate (EGC), along with notably high levels of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) compared to Japanese high-catechin teas. Mild and aromatic, with a rich vegetal-chlorophyll note and intriguing hints of dried apricot.
Bi Luo Chun Green Tea

Enshi Yulu
Enshi yulu traditionally ranks among the top 10 green teas in China. As the only steamed green tea produced in the country, Enshi teas have the highest amount of catechins of all Chinese green teas, and they also boast the highest amount of selenium. We source our Enshi teas from a prestigious tea garden located in one of the most beautiful natural regions in China, at 1100m above sea level.
Liu An Gua Pian Green Tea
This flagship tea of China’s Anhui province is counted among the “Top Ten Famous Teas of China”. Its name Liu An Gua Pian (六安瓜片) translates to "Melon Seed", referring to the tea’s distinctively shaped leaves and their dark colour when brewed. This tea is made exclusively from pure leaves, without buds or stems, resulting in a rare flavour profile among Chinese teas – a refined bitterness with a naturally sweet, vegetal character. Longjing
Long Jing 龍井 Tea, also known as Dragon Well tea, is one of the most famous and beloved green teas of China.
